Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems LLC is seeking a Staff Supplier Integration Manager to lead global supply chain strategies for ARC and future powerplants. You will partner with engineering, R&D and finance to reduce costs, improve TRL, and manage high-value supplier relationships.

You’ll drive supplier strategy, negotiations and category management across technologies, while supporting customers, sponsors and investors through diligence and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years experience managing supply chains in raw materials, metals or contracting.
• Ability to travel 25–50% and work with remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Chief Engineer, R&D and Fusion Economics to drive cost reductions and TRL uplift.
• Lead techno-economic model inputs for future powerplants.
• Advise on supplier relationships and long-term agreements.
• Develop category and commodity strategies in a global context.
• Support investors, sponsors and partners in diligence processes.
• Prepare briefing materials and publish research with external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and supplier risk management.
