Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Director, Supply Chain to lead procurement, planning, and supplier quality for SPARC, ARC, and R&D projects. You’ll oversee strategic sourcing, supplier development, and reliability, ensuring alignment with engineering, construction, and executive leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain within a technical environment, a history of building high-performing teams, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience in a highly technical environment.
• Proven track record building and leading teams.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, and develop the team.
• Define objectives and monitor performance.
• Ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets for SPARC DDR, FTL, and other projects.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction to plan work and priorities.
• Act as escalation point for issues and maintain executive relationships.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive supplier quality improvements.
• Report risk, status, and issues to leadership teams.
• Lead business transformation initiatives.
