Job summary

ScanSource in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a West: Supplier BD Specialist II - Security to recruit and enable new and current customers, manage supplier relationships, and drive revenue growth. Travel is required and you will work as the face of ScanSource to suppliers and customers.

You will build and monitor business plans, identify reseller partners, develop growth strategies, and present ScanSource messaging in meetings or events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/business development experience in a supplier or distribution environment.
• Experience recruiting and enabling reseller partners and managing supplier relationships.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to forecast, report and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier revenue and gross profit goals.
• Recruit and enable reseller partners for assigned vendor lines.
• Create and monitor business plans for supplier lines.
• Develop growth and retention strategies to increase share of wallet.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers and present ScanSource messaging.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
