Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Supplier Diversity Program Manager to lead enterprise supplier diversity initiatives from Seattle, WA. You will design and deploy a comprehensive program, create tools and training, and work with procurement, DEI, and project teams to increase participation of MWDBE suppliers on company projects.

This role requires 7+ years of leadership, strong procurement knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience across people leadership and program management.
• Experience in procurement and small/disadvantaged business contracting.
• Industry background in construction, engineering, or energy performance contracting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder interviewing skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, time-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain supplier diversity program.
• Create tools, training, guidance, and best practices.
• Build relationships in primary markets and enhance brand with diverse subcontractors.
• Serve as subject matter expert on supplier diversity data and spend; track MWDBE participation and report.
• Collaborate with DEI and procurement teams to set goals and KPIs; provide regular updates.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on RFP responses or project plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned
