McKinstry is seeking a Supplier Diversity Program Manager to lead our enterprise supplier diversity initiatives from Seattle, WA. The role focuses on developing and maintaining a best-in-class program, with tools, training, and guidance to enable inclusion of diverse subcontractors and suppliers across projects.

You will work closely with DEI and procurement teams to set goals, track spend, and mentor project teams in meeting diversity requirements while expanding relationships with primary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant leadership experience including managing and leading people, designing and leading projects and programs.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, including small and disadvantaged business contracting and program management.
• Industry experience in construction, engineering, energy performance contracting, or high-performance design-build.
• Research and analytical skills, including stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to function well in ambiguous and time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across a national, non-hierarchical organization.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Word, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain the supplier diversity program.
• Develop tools, training, resources, and guidance for project teams to meet supplier diversity requirements.
• Build relationships in primary markets and enhance brand reputation among diverse subcontractors.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on supplier diversity data and spend, tracking MWDBE participation.
• Collaborate with DEI and procurement teams to set goals and KPIs and report performance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on RFP responses and project plan development; participate in client engagement as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
