Qualifications

• Ten or more years in workforce development, talent development, or related fields.
• Experience designing and leading programs, academies, or training locations.
• Strong understanding of career-connected learning, apprenticeship concepts, and work-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise workforce development strategy.
• Lead academy and training location strategy and governance.
• Design and govern workforce development programs and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Enterprise Learning, and operations to align investments.
