Job summary

King County is seeking a Supplier Program Manager to lead supplier program projects within Procurement & Payables, including upgrades to supplier-facing E‑Procurement. The role reports to the Organizational Support and Communications team supervisor and is hybrid with two days in the King Street Center in downtown Seattle.

Ideal candidates will have strong project management, supplier relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills, plus experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in project management and coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Experience with E‑Procurement systems and supplier program administration.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent customer service, written and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office productivity tools and basic tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects upgrading supplier-facing E‑Procurement modules to meet timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with P&P technical teams, staff and leadership to advance program success.
• Serve as primary contact for supplier inquiries and E‑Procurement tasks.
• Develop change management strategies for supplier-facing initiatives.
• Maintain and update E‑Procurement guides and resources for operational excellence.
• Identify metrics to measure project success and refine approaches from data insights.
• Coordinate monthly Supplier Orientations and update materials on a monthly cadence.
• Coordinate and attend Trade Shows to promote supplier engagement with King County.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across internal and external stakeholders.
