Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• DoW Secret clearance eligibility.
• 10+ years’ experience with large, complex DoW or Federal programs or supply chain initiatives.
• Experience coordinating with NAVSEA, Team Submarine, and major defense programs.
• Experience developing project or investment portfolios including governance and risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership briefings capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate SIB PIF/SDF investment portfolio from intake through evaluation and award support.
• Provide cross-functional guidance for investment planning and execution.
• Draft governance processes, milestones, and risk management plans for PIF/SDF.
• Analyze program requirements and develop recommendations for investments.
• Facilitate multiple investment actions prioritizing submarine production impact and funding.
• Prepare executive briefings for senior Government leadership.
• Organize investment governance meetings and execution reviews.
• Travel up to 10% as needed for site visits and reviews.
