Uponor is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer for a hybrid role in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, onsite at Lakeville, MN. You will collaborate with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to drive supplier quality improvements, monitor KPI performance, and lead major SCAR investigations.

The role requires a engineering or supply chain degree and up to 3 years of experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and experience with PPAP and CAPA processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 0–3 years experience in manufacturing or supplier quality roles.
• Experience with PPAP, CAPA processes, and supplier audits.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage and monitor supplier performance and COPQ.
• Implement and report supplier development metrics and KPIs.
• Lead cross‑functional supplier quality initiatives with NPD and manufacturing teams.
• Assist in PPAP, SCAR investigations and supplier corrective actions.
