Job summary

Victory Live, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Manager to lead the Substitution Purchasing team responsible for sourcing replacement ticket inventory when original inventory becomes unavailable.

You will own purchasing standards, escalation paths, and cross-functional coordination to protect customer experience and control costs. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role based at Victory Live's Buckhead office, requiring on-site presence to drive fast, high-impact decisions in a live events

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of primary and secondary ticket markets.
• Experience with Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, StubHub, Vivid Seats.
• Analytical skills for cost, quality, productivity metrics.
• Ability to coach and lead teams under pressure.
• On-site work at Buckhead Atlanta office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Substitution Purchasing team with accountability and performance management.
• Define strategy and standards for replacement inventory purchasing.
• Oversee order volume and allocate resources based on event timing and risk.
• Escalation point for high-cost or complex purchases.
• Ensure accurate evaluation of seats and upgrades.
• Balance fulfillment, customer experience, inventory quality and cost.
• Monitor substitution spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track KPIs like fulfillment, cancellations, and savings.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Maintain awareness of inventory, pricing, and market conditions.
• Document purchasing activity per controls.
• Develop team expertise in venue seating and substitution decisions.
• Maintain staffing coverage during high-volume periods.
