Victory Live, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Support Specialist to manage day-to-day ticket fulfillment and assist Partners, Travel Agents, and Customers via phone and email. You will handle API-related technical assistance and ensure timely delivery of tickets for live events.

The role blends customer service with operational support and system management in a high-volume environment; evening and weekend availability is required, with 100% in-office work at Buckhead, Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal guidance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Able to quickly learn and effectively utilize new software.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily fulfillment processes and protocols.
• Utilize primary ticketing systems to deliver tickets to buyers.
• Process orders (digital, print, and physical) for events in accordance with protocols.
• Apply marketplace policies and handle claims for buyers.
• Support the concierge/travel department to source inventory and quote it for sales.
• Prioritize and respond to emails and phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Escalate client requests to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Build trusting relationships with clients through open communication.
• Meet or exceed department standards for quality of service.
