Job summary

Victory Live, Inc. seeks a Ticket Fulfillment Manager to oversee the receipt, verification, organization, and processing of electronic tickets, barcodes, merchandise, and related inventory from our Buckhead, Atlanta office.

You’ll ensure accurate receiving, documentation, and timely processing across company systems. The role requires overseeing receiving workflows, maintaining inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and training staff to sustain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ticketing, inventory operations, or related data processing.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in sports or live entertainment ticketing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving operations for tickets, barcodes, merchandise, and inventory.
• Receive and verify tickets, barcode information, POs, and packing slips.
• Scan, upload, and process barcodes and ticket data in company systems.
• Confirm quantities and item descriptions against documents.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, including missing or damaged items.
• Maintain accurate records of all received items and ensure timely transactions.
• Coordinate with purchasing, inventory control, operations, vendors, and other departments.
• Monitor ticket and barcode queues to ensure timely processing.
• Establish and maintain organized receiving documentation procedures.
• Train, supervise, and schedule receiving staff as needed.
• Monitor performance and ensure procedures and policies are followed.
• Perform regular audits to identify errors and maintain accuracy.
• Research and resolve receiving and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of data.

THE POSITION

Victory Live is seeking a Ticket Fulfillment Manager to join our team in our Buckhead, Atlanta office.

This role is responsible for overseeing the receipt, verification, organization, and processing of electronic tickets, barcodes, merchandise, and related inventory. The Ticket Fulfillment Manager will ensure incoming inventory is accurately received, documented, and processed in company systems in a timely manner.

This position will also maintain accurate inventory records, resolve discrepancies, oversee receiving workflows, and ensure processes are completed efficiently and consistently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily receiving operations for electronic tickets, barcodes, merchandise, and inventory.
• Receive and verify electronic tickets, barcode information, purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation.
• Scan, upload, enter, and accurately process barcodes and electronic ticket information into company systems.
• Confirm quantities, item descriptions, ticket information, and other details against purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, including missing, duplicate, damaged, or incorrect tickets, barcodes, and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of all received items and ensure transactions are completed promptly.
• Coordinate with purchasing, inventory control, operations, vendors, and other departments regarding incoming shipments and electronic ticket files.
• Monitor electronic ticket and barcode queues to ensure timely processing.
• Establish and maintain organized procedures for digital and physical receiving documentation.
• Train, supervise, and schedule receiving staff as needed.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure receiving procedures and company policies are followed.
• Perform regular audits to identify errors and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Research and resolve receiving and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of electronic ticket information and company data.
• Identify opportunities to improve receiving processes, accuracy, efficiency, and workflow.
• Prepare receiving reports and communicate issues or trends to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in ticketing, inventory operations, fulfillment, data processing, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Prior experience in sports or live entertainment ticketing, such as with a professional or collegiate sports team, venue, box office, ticketing platform, or secondary ticketing marketplace preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and follow them through resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business software.
• Ability to train, support, and oversee team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when needed.
• Ability to lift and move packages or inventory as needed.
