Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparation and issuance of RFPs and RFIs, managing proposal compliance.
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations.
• Manage supplier performance metrics and conduct weekly telecons.
• Place subcontract orders in compliance with regulations.
• Develop plans for cost reduction initiatives.
