Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in Supply Chain, Contracts, or related areas; 7+ with Master’s.
• Leadership of Subcontracts, Proposal, Buying and Planning teams.
• Experience with government regs (FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, TINA).
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Contract negotiation experience for large DoD subcontracts.
• Knowledge of MRP forecasting tools.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, domestic and international.
• Travel up to 25% in support of objectives.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Subcontracts team across programs and proposals.
• Oversee development, negotiation, and administration of subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/DoD and Saab policies.
• Provide SME guidance on subcontracting requirements and risk.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Mgmt, Finance, Legal, Quality.
• Support strategic supply chain initiatives and policies.
• Maintain subcontracting templates, tools, and best practices.
• Support audits and government reviews with proper documentation.
• Lead workforce planning and talent development for Subcontracts.
