Responsibilities

• Track subcontract performance, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with project leadership to support objectives.
• Serve as liaison with DOE representatives and stakeholders.
• Analyze sourcing strategies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and review subcontract documentation and procedures.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to subcontract professionals.
• Support department planning, staffing, budgeting, and performance management.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
