The successful candidate will negotiate with subcontractors, advise program staff, and collaborate with a capture team to ensure compliant, competitive awards.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of subcontracts administration experience.
• Extensive experience in Federal Government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and administer T&M, Labor Hour, Fixed Price, and Cost Reimbursable subcontracts; manage NDAs and teaming agreements.
• Create subcontract files compliant with FAR/DCMA requirements under an approved purchasing system.
• Advise program staff and determine subcontract management approaches.
• Review government proposals for procurement impacts and coordinate with the capture team.
• Support post-award subcontract management and ensure performance criteria compliance.
• Collaborate daily with Program Managers and project staff to track subcontract actions.
• Lead projects or work areas as needed and train peers in compliance procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
