Job summary

TerraPower LLC is seeking a Subcontract Technical Representative to provide strategic technical oversight and ensure compliance across high-value subcontract relationships. The STR coordinates with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to drive improvements in subcontracting and supports corporate supplier strategy across multi-billion-dollar programs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with focus relevant to nuclear plant/equipment engineering.
• Experience in Construction Management or similar field or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in management of customer-to-subcontractor interfaces.
• Experience on manufacturing, industrial, government or infrastructure projects with understanding of contracts and delivery methods.
• Direct experience contracting or working with engineering scopes in the nuclear industry; international projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the technical interface between TerraPower and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and timely changes.
• Draft or support development of SOWs and project plans for subcontractor scopes.
• Define specifications to communicate subcontractor requirements for systems, equipment, and processes.
• Provide technical direction and oversight of subcontractor work with cross-functional TerraPower teams.
