Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in procurement or subcontract management.
• Experience executing subcontracts per FAR and/or 2 CFR 200 standards.
• Complete understanding of federal cost principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research for competitive bidding sources.
• Issue and negotiate subcontracts with suppliers.
