Job summary

ProSidian seeks a Subcontract Technical Representative (STR) to support program activities on-site at a client site in the Southeast region, primarily near Aiken, SC. The role focuses on human capital, project management, engineering, compliance, risk management, and IT effectiveness within nuclear and environmental management sectors.

Responsibilities include subcontract oversight, safety adherence, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years of related experience in construction management, field engineering, subcontract management, procurement, or materials management.
• Associates degree with 4+ years in the related areas or a high school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide STR services aligned with subcontract technical oversight through planning, analysis, coordination, and documentation.
• Ensure safety training and compliance, stop unsafe work, and manage subcontract risk.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of subcontracts and facilitate communications among subcontractors, engineering, quality control, and safety teams.
• Develop Statements of Work and ensure timely, accurate documentation, permits, and approvals.
• Monitor expenditures and accruals to stay within funding constraints and support stakeholder needs.
