Newport News Nuclear BWXT Los Alamos (N3B) is seeking a Subcontract Technical Representative to oversee technical performance of subcontractors in a high-hazard environment and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The STR will report to the Senior Manager, Subcontractor Technical Representative within Strategic Planning & Integration, developing policies and systems, and coordinating with ER/CH-TRU programs. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 9–11 years' related experience.
• Experience leading integrated project teams.
• Strong knowledge of RCRA and environmental remediation.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee subcontractor technical performance and safety.
• Coordinate training, site orientation, and SME reviews.
• Develop statements of work and technical evaluations.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
• Maintain field documentation and communications.
