Job summary

TerraPower in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior Contract Administrator to manage complex subcontracts from pre-award to post-award, focusing on performance, cost, and schedule. You will drive supplier selection, negotiation, and contract administration within a fast-paced nuclear program environment.

Responsibilities include leading sourcing, cost analysis, and risk management, ensuring FAR/2 CFR compliance, and collaborating across teams to deliver FOAK equipment and medical isotope projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement or Subcontract Management.
• Experience executing subcontracts in accordance with FAR and/or 2 CFR 200 Procurement Standards.
• Experience issuing, awarding, and managing flexibly priced subcontracts.
• Solid understanding of federal cost principles.
• Experience handling export-controlled information.
• Demonstrated ability to perform job duties with little to no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage complex subcontracts from pre-award through post-award with focus on performance, change control, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Partner with internal requestors to understand procurement requirements and ensure correct goods and services are sourced.
• Review and refine Statements of Work to ensure clear requirements for suppliers.
• Lead sourcing and bidding activities (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs).
• Perform cost and price analysis and draft procurement summaries.
