TerraPower LLC. is seeking a Subcontract Technical Representative (STR) to oversee complex subcontract relationships and ensure technical compliance across design/development, licensing, EPC, and commissioning activities in Wyoming.

The STR reports to the Director of Contracts and collaborates with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive improvements in subcontract performance. The role requires a strong engineering background, 15+ years of related experience, and deep

Qualifications

• Requires an engineering degree with focus relevant to nuclear power plant/equipment engineering.
• Experience in managing customer-to-subcontractor interfaces.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with procurement, legal, and finance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain technical interface between TerraPower and subcontractors.
• Draft or support SOWs and project plans to meet objectives.
• Provide technical direction and oversee subcontractor deliverables and data.
• Coordinate internal reviews of subcontractor work and responses.
• Support contract administration and commercial activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance using established metrics and improvement plans.
