Job summary

ProSidian seeks an Associate Subcontract Technical Representative (STR) to support program management and subcontract oversight on-site at a client location in the Southeast. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and coordination across engineering, environment, and procurement teams.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in business, supply chain, or construction, or an associate degree with relevant experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or construction preferred.
Associate's degree plus 2+ years in construction management, field engineering, or subcontract management.
High school diploma with 4+ years of related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Provide STR services aligned with subcontract oversight during planning, execution, and documentation.
Maintain subcontract compliance, accruals, and cost monitoring.
Coordinate pre-job briefings, meetings, and interfaces with subcontractors and facilities.
Ensure safety, hazard walkdowns, and on-site risk identification are performed.
Serve as primary point of contact for subcontractor communications and issue resolution.
Track subcontract expenditures and equipment accountability.
Maintain STR training and qualifications.
