The Naval Nuclear Laboratory in Idaho Falls is seeking a Construction Subcontract Technical Representative (STR) to support major Navy-related projects. The STR will provide field oversight of subcontractors, validate contract terms, and contribute to project execution plans and surveillance activities.

Required is a Bachelor's degree with 9+ years (or a Master's with 7+ years) in a related field. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and construction drawings is preferred; U.S. citizenship is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience, or a related Master's with several years in construction.
• Ability to read specifications and construction drawings.
• Experience with contract administration and field construction activities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform constructability reviews
• Provide input to Project Execution Plans
• Develop project surveillance plans
• Perform readiness to work reviews
• Perform focus surveillances
• Respond to unplanned events
• Document Subcontractor's performance via daily reports and deficiency reporting tools
