Lockheed Martin Space in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Adjacent Capabilities Subcontract Program Manager to oversee supplier performance, cost, and schedule on development programs. You will lead a cross-functional team across IRAD/CRAD projects and mentor Subcontract Administrators on capital and customer-funded contracting efforts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, P2P experience, and 7+ years in subcontract management, with US citizenship and ability to obtain a US SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Procure to Pay (P2P) experience.
• 7 years Subcontract experience (procurement, subcontract administration, management, negotiation, proposal, or category management).
• Experience managing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and suppliers.
• US citizenship and ability to maintain a US SECRET clearance; pass drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier, cost, schedule and technical performance on developmental programs.
• Lead a multifunctional team across multiple IRAD/CRAD programs.
• Mentor and train Subcontract Administrators on capital and customer funded contracting efforts.
• Create Statements of Work, negotiate terms and conditions, and perform price analyses for purchase orders.
• Contribute to IMS and Risk Register inputs with the Program Management Team.
• Brief internal executives and stakeholders on subcontract status.
