Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Subcontract Manager to oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for RF payload hardware portfolios across multiple programs. You will manage subcontract life cycles from proposal through delivery and closeout, working with Space ESS and internal stakeholders.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in supply chain management, experience with DoD FAR/DFAR; SAP; supplier risk management; and US citizenship with the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e., Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, and/or Category Management).
• Experience with DoD procurement processes and regulations under FAR/DFAR/TINA/ITAR.
• Knowledge of SAP Purchasing System, PO Folders, procedures, or other ERP system.
• Experience managing suppliers including Cost, Technical, Schedule, Risk, and Opportunities.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD SECRET clearance (or ability to pursue).

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract lifecycle activities across multiple programs from proposal through delivery and closeout.
• Develop and execute contractual relationships with suppliers and LM stakeholders.
• Resolve supplier performance issues, conduct trade evaluations, and drive strategic initiatives for hardware portfolios.
