Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
• Sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and administer subcontracts.
