Job summary

Lockheed Martin in the United States is seeking a Subcontract Manager to oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for RF Payload hardware portfolios and other programs. You will manage subcontract lifecycle from proposal through execution to closeout, coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost efficiency and performance.

You will lead negotiations to ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and LM Acquisition procedures, while maintaining supplier relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of DoD FAR/DFAR/ITAR.
• Experience with SAP/Purchasing systems.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance, and pass drug/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract lifecycle across multiple programs from proposal through closeout.
• Lead negotiations to control costs and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with Lockheed Martin stakeholders and supplier base to meet program requirements.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
