Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP processes for subcontract packages, including evaluations.
• Negotiate and finalize subcontractor agreements and administer change orders.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for cost, schedule, quality, and HSSE compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align subcontracting activities.
