Qualifications

5–8 years of professional talent acquisition/recruiting experience, in-house or agency.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for onshore power EPC projects, supporting project execution.
Partner with Directors, Managers, and leaders to define staffing plans and priorities.
Develop recruitment strategies aligned with project schedules and manpower mobilization.
Recruit specialized talent across engineering, project management, construction, commissioning, procurement, and related disciplines.
Build pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill roles including Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers.
Conduct market mapping, direct sourcing, and headhunting across the power EPC talent market.
