Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Folsom, CA seeks an experienced Subcontract Administrator III to manage subcontract efforts with major suppliers, supporting ISR and Aerospace programs. You will handle source selection, PO placement, and administration to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.

You will work with program management, quality, and business teams to ensure ISO 9001 and AS9100D flow‑down requirements, lead negotiations, and drive improvements in delivery, cost and quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR acquisition policies and procedures.
• Experience with MDA MAP/PMAP within supplier base.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100D flow‑down requirements.
• Proven problem solving and ability to improve supplier performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication to all levels.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field; travel up to 10%.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program management to generate and manage subcontract efforts for major components.
• Develop subcontract specifications and terms for procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Perform cost/price analysis and pre‑negotiation strategy development.
• Prepare bid packages, analyze proposals, negotiate terms, and administer subcontracts.
• Lead negotiations and complete subcontract/PO documentation and payments.
• Coordinate changes to subcontracts and manage deviations.
• Procure build‑to‑print parts from engineering drawings for propulsion programs.
• Source and purchase machinery, tooling, materials, and services.
• Contribute to development of subcontract policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements within authority.
• Develop solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity.
• Other related duties as assigned.
