Job summary

Blattner Energy, Inc. seeks a contracts professional to collaborate with attorneys, project managers, and subcontractors on contract reviews and negotiations. The role focuses on Subcontracts, Purchase Contracts, and Change Orders, delivering revisions and risk assessments across assigned projects.

You will coordinate signature processes, maintain the project library, and support negotiation teams with creative solutions to complex contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–4-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of relatable experience required.
• Microsoft Word experience required.
• SharePoint and Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Contract or legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys, project managers, project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and cross-functional teams on contracts and compliance.
• Review and revisions of Subcontracts, Engineering Contracts, Purchase Contracts, Change Orders and material Purchase Orders.
• Negotiate and support Blattner’s Subcontractors and Suppliers through contract execution.
• Prepare and review potential risks involved with subcontract and purchase contract requirements.
• Coordinate review of Subcontracts, Engineering Contracts, Purchase Contracts and related documents and signatures.
