Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial seeks a Contract Administrator to maintain client and subcontract agreements through the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, documentation, and proactive management of commercial matters. This role interfaces with site teams and subcontractors to align progress, variations, and communications with the client contract.

Strong documentation and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Prepare and negotiate subcontract flow-down provisions under GMP or cost-reimbursable structures.
Review subcontract terms and ensure team understanding of obligations.
Administer subcontracts and track reimbursable costs and variations.
Issue subcontract correspondence and change documentation.
Maintain subcontract registers and verify progress reports.
Coordinate with supply chain, construction and cost control for compliance.
Manage subcontract change orders and ensure back-to-back entitlement.
