Job summary

Siemens Industry Software Inc. is seeking an AI Adoption, Enablement & Communications Intern to support high‑visibility AI initiatives and accelerate organizational readiness for DAA‑developed solutions.

You will help develop communication plans, enablement content, and adoption campaigns while coordinating feedback and metrics across AI strategy, engineering, and business teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Human‑Centered Design, Psychology, Digital Media, or User Experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Hands‑on experience with generative AI
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and BI tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop communication plans, newsletters, announcements, and executive updates for AI initiatives.
  • Create enablement content including user guides, quick‑reference materials, success stories, videos, and training resources.
  • Support adoption campaigns for emerging AI applications and pilots.
  • Assist in coordinating user feedback, surveys, and adoption metrics.
  • Partner with AI product teams to communicate business value and success outcomes.
  • Help prepare presentations, demonstrations, and showcase materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Research AI trends, user behaviors, and best practices in organizational adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams spanning AI strategy, market intelligence, engineering, and business operations.
  • Support community‑building efforts that encourage engagement with new AI tools and capabilities.
  • Contribute to measurement and reporting of adoption, utilization, and value realization activities.

About Us

The Incubation Services team is Siemens’ innovation engine for emerging AI and digital solutions.

We identify, develop, pilot, and scale next‑generation capabilities that transform go‑to‑market execution. By combining expertise in AI strategy, data engineering, market intelligence, enablement, and human‑centered design, we turn innovative ideas into measurable business outcomes.

As a member of the Strategic Student Program (SSP), you will work alongside AI leaders, engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders to help drive awareness, adoption, enablement, and communications for innovative AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location, as well as degree type and relevant education.
