Siemens Industry Software Inc. offers Spring 2027 Strategic Student Program internship in AI Adoption, Enablement & Communications within the DAA Incubation Services. You will work with AI leaders, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders to drive adoption and enablement of AI solutions.
You will learn about AI, change management, communications, and enterprise software in a global tech setting. Hybrid roles with Livonia, MI, or remote options are available, with mentorship and real-world project
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Digital Media or User Experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop communication plans, newsletters, announcements, and executive updates for AI initiatives.
- Create enablement content including user guides, quick-reference materials, success stories, videos, and training resources.
- Support adoption campaigns for emerging AI applications and pilots.
- Assist in coordinating user feedback, surveys, and adoption metrics.
- Partner with AI product teams to communicate business value and success outcomes.
- Help prepare presentations, demonstrations, and showcase materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder meetings.

The Incubation Services team is Siemens' innovation engine for emerging AI and digital solutions.
We identify, develop, pilot, and scale next-generation capabilities that transform go-to-market execution. By combining expertise in AI strategy, data engineering, market intelligence, enablement, and human-centered design, we turn innovative ideas into measurable business outcomes.
As a member of the Strategic Student Program (SSP), you will work alongside AI leaders, engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders to help drive awareness, adoption, enablement, and communications for innovative AI solutions.
As an AI Adoption, Enablement & Communications Intern, you will support high-visibility AI initiatives and help accelerate organizational readiness and adoption of DAA-developed solutions.
- Develop communication plans, newsletters, announcements, and executive updates for AI initiatives.
- Create enablement content including user guides, quick-reference materials, success stories, videos, and training resources.
- Support adoption campaigns for emerging AI applications and pilots.
- Assist in coordinating user feedback, surveys, and adoption metrics.
- Partner with AI product teams to communicate business value and success outcomes.
- Help prepare presentations, demonstrations, and showcase materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Research AI trends, user behaviors, and best practices in organizational adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning AI strategy, market intelligence, engineering, and business operations.
- Support community-building efforts that encourage engagement with new AI tools and capabilities.
- Contribute to measurement and reporting of adoption, utilization, and value realization activities.

The DAA Incubation Services team is where experimentation becomes impact. You'll work directly alongside leaders driving AI strategy, enablement, market intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives while contributing to projects with real business visibility and executive sponsorship.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location, as well as degree type and relevant education. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave and paid volunteer time off.
The hourly pay range for this position 18 - 50 per hour, based off of your projected graduation year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
