We identify , develop, pilot, and scale next‑generation capabilities that transform go‑to‑market execution. By combining expertise in AI strategy, data engineering, market intelligence, enablement, and human‑centered design, we turn innovative ideas into measurable business outcomes.
As a member of the Strategic Student Program (SSP), you will work alongside AI leaders, engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders to help drive awareness, adoption, enablement, and communications for innovative AI solutions.
As an AI Adoption, Enablement & Communications Intern, you will support high‑visibility AI initiatives and help accelerate organizational readiness and adoption of DAA‑developed solutions.

The DAA Incubation Services team is where experimentation becomes impact . We identify opportunities, build innovative AI solutions, pilot them with users, and scale the ideas that create measurable value. You'll work directly alongside leaders driving AI strategy, enablement, market intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives while contributing to projects with real business visibility and executive sponsorship.
You'll gain exposure to cutting‑edge AI initiatives, leadership mentorship, and the opportunity to help shape how Siemens adopts and scales the next generation of AI‑powered solutions.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location, as well as degree type and relevant education. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave and paid volunteer time off.
You’ll Benefit From
The hourly pay range for this position 18 - 50 per hour, based off of your projected graduation year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
