Pacific Life in Omaha, NE is seeking a Business Service Specialist to advance structured settlement cases and support consultants in achieving accurate contract issuance. You will be part of a 23-person Structured Settlements Team within Consumer Markets.

You will rotate assignments, demonstrate strong technical understanding, and communicate professionally with consultants to uphold industry-leading service standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service-focused role, preferably financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort navigating across multiple technology platforms.
• Commitment to delivering industry-leading customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Develop strong technical understanding of core processes and their value to clients.
• Rotate assignments to support workflow needs and contingency planning.
