Midsouth Steel seeks a Superintendent for its Commercial division to lead steel installation projects in the Atlanta metro area, with occasional travel. The role blends field supervision with business development, coordinating crews, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, generating new leads, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining project documentation through daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading steel installation projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish leads with current and new customers.
• Coordinate deliveries and installation dates with GC/CM teams.
• Manage day-to-day activities of subs and track progress.
• Perform field measurements and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation and daily reports.
• Train subcontractors on installs and safety procedures.
