Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University Foundation is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Stewardship to lead donor-facing reporting programs for endowment and current-use funds. You will shape strategy, oversee execution, and partner with stewardship and development teams to enhance donor experiences.

The role requires coordinating complex programs, developing annual plans, and delivering proactive guidance to staff and faculty while maintaining documentation and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or program management, preferably in higher education, healthcare or nonprofit fundraising.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to create donor-facing communications and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of stewardship reporting programs.
• Set vision and direction for reporting, coordinating annual plans and timelines.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for stewardship reporting with internal partners.
• Develop documentation and systems to monitor progress of programs.
• Manage donor stewardship activities and gifts in collaboration with leadership.
• Support meetings, correspondence and program-related tasks as needed.
• Provide timely progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
