Job summary

The OHSU Foundation seeks a Development Program Manager to oversee programs and projects supporting the Schools and Programs fundraising team. You will collaborate with development officers, the Development Support Supervisor, the AVP, and the Advancement Data Strategy team to advance our mission.

You will manage donor strategy planning, mapping prospects, coordinating events, and producing portfolio reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project or program management.
• Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience in nonprofit, higher education, or fundraising environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with development officers to plan and execute donor engagement, cultivation and stewardship for major gifts.
• Oversee leadership councils and donor events; manage meeting planning and communications.
• Provide regular pipeline and portfolio reports to AVP and development officers.
• Prepare data for portfolio reviews, prospect strategy sessions, and annual planning.
• Collaborate to improve fundraising processes and cross-team coordination.
