Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Program Manager, Donor Relations to oversee system-wide donor relations and stewardship programs. You will design and manage recognition, reporting cadences, and donor communications to enhance loyalty and upgrades across hospital foundations.

The role partners with frontline fundraisers and Philanthropy Communications to ensure donor impact is celebrated through compelling campaigns and personalized experiences across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field.
• 5+ years in a development office or donor relations role.
• 3–5+ years with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage stewardship vehicles (acknowledgments, reports, communications).
• Lead stewardship meetings with frontline fundraising teams.
• Document pledge balances and donor notes in CRM records.
• Coordinate budgets, projects and events with vendors.
