Job summary

The Oregon Health & Science University Foundation seeks a Development Program Manager to oversee programs that support the Schools and Programs fundraising team. You will collaborate with development officers, AVP, and data strategy colleagues to advance philanthropic goals.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with units to plan donor engagement, map faculty and donor relationships, and coordinate events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project or program management.
• Experience working with a CRM, such as Salesforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in a nonprofit, higher education, or fundraising environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with development officers to plan and execute donor strategy for major and principal gifts.
• Lead program support for emerging fundraising opportunities and donor relationship mapping.
• Oversee councils and volunteer groups, including meeting planning and engagement.
• Coordinate unit-specific donor events with fundraising leads.
• Produce regular team-wide reports on pipeline, portfolio activity, proposals, and gift progress.
