Job summary

OHSU Foundation in Portland, OR is seeking a Development Program Manager to oversee programs supporting the philanthropic goals of the Schools and Programs fundraising team. You will collaborate with development officers, the AVP, and the Advancement Data Strategy team to advance our mission.

You will lead donor strategy planning, manage event coordination, and produce regular reports, aligning with our hybrid work model and commitment to equity and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project or program management.
• Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience in nonprofit, higher education, or fundraising environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with development officers to plan and execute donor strategy for major gifts.
• Lead program support for emerging fundraising opportunities and donor mapping.
• Oversee councils and volunteer groups: plan meetings, communications and engagement.
• Plan and coordinate unit-specific donor events with fundraising leads.
• Produce team-wide reports on pipeline, portfolio activity, proposals and gifts.
• Prepare data for portfolio reviews and annual planning with Advancement Data Strategy.
• Serve as liaison with OHSU departments to support fundraising activities.
