LeadingAge is seeking a Senior Advisor to act as the primary strategic liaison to state partners, strengthening collaboration and alignment across the LeadingAge network. You will work closely with state executives, the CEO, and senior leadership to identify priorities and shape initiatives that maximize member value.

The Senior Advisor reports to the President and CEO, with a hybrid in-office schedule in Washington, DC.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Fifteen or more years of progressively responsible experience, including at least five years in a senior leadership role in an association, federated network, or comparable member-based organization.
• Direct experience in aging services or a closely related field (long-term care, healthcare, senior housing, or related state or federal policy work).
• Experience working with state associations or other federated partners, including facilitating alignment across independent organizations with differing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary liaison with state executives and their boards to strengthen the national-state partnership.
• Assess how state and national efforts deliver member value and identify where coordination is needed.
• Develop new state partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.
• Collaborate with Membership to align state needs with national strategies.
