Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5 years of grant writing experience or related field required.
• Knowledge of private and public foundation/government grant making; meet deadlines; meet revenue goals.
• Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel; excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, research, write and manage grant proposals for Kaleida Health.
• Collaborate with Finance, Campus Development, IT, Foundation and hospital leaders; build community stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee financials of $10M+ in funding and proposals annually.
• Ensure timely, compelling proposals aligned with revenue goals.
• Maintain organized grant records and meet deadlines.
