Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking a Grants & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to identify, secure, and manage grant funding while cultivating partnerships that advance organizational priorities. The role leads grant writing, reporting, and coordination with internal and external partners to support population health and community collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent full-time work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing, grants management, fundraising, or related work.
• Excellent written communication skills including persuasive and technical writing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an annual grant plan and timeline.
• Identify and pursue grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
• Write, develop, and submit grant proposals to foundations and government agencies.
• Coordinate grant applications including budgets, narratives, and supporting documents.
• Manage awarded grants, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and reporting.
• Prepare and submit grant reports and outcome documentation for funders.
• Track grant revenue and program outcomes to demonstrate impact and ROI.
• Develop and steward relationships with granting foundations and funding partners.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify funding opportunities for strategic initiatives.
