Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a Manager of Partner & Stakeholder Relationships to join our California-based market transformation team. You will coordinate stakeholder engagement for MTI development and deployment, working across internal teams and external partners to accelerate energy efficiency adoption.

The role requires 8+ years in marketing/communications, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of energy efficiency and market transformation. Competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications and/or stakeholder engagement.
• A bachelor’s degree in general business or marketing, communication, journalism or similar field; degree may be waived with relevant experience.
• Experience and knowledge of energy efficiency industry and market transformation preferred.
• Strong experience with software platforms such as Salesforce, PowerPoint, Constant Contact, Asana, analytics and similar tools.
• Demonstrated project management experience and ability to share complex concepts clearly.
• High intercultural sensitivity and inclusiveness in collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops key strategies and activities for stakeholder engagement and ensures on-track implementation.
• Identifies, cultivates, maintains, and tracks stakeholder relationships; supports leadership as needed.
• Raises awareness of CalMTA among energy efficiency groups and key audiences.
• Facilitates information sharing between CalMTA and partners for MTI development and deployment.
• Creates updates and materials for partners and stakeholders; leads cross-team collaboration.
