Invenergy is seeking a strategic Manager on the Strategy team to drive high-priority initiatives, inform enterprise decisions, and partner across functions to evaluate growth opportunities and create actionable recommendations. The role demands a structured, analytical mindset, collaboration, and proven communication with executive audiences.

Responsibilities include market and financial analyses, strategic planning support, and leading cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in electricity sector or digital infrastructure.
• 8+ years in strategy, corporate development, consulting, or related roles.
• Demonstrated financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization skills.
• Strong problem-solving with structured analyses and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with ownership and accountability.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead market, policy, competitive, and financial analyses to inform strategy and investments.
• Ideate growth opportunities, business models, partnerships, and operational improvements.
• Coordinate technology diligence across SMEs to deliver new business entry recommendations.
• Support annual strategic planning, set priorities, and monitor metrics.
• Drive cross-functional projects, track progress, and resolve issues.
• Frame ambiguous problems into clear workstreams with drivers and recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and memos communicating insights.
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture through ownership and collaboration.
