Resource Innovations is seeking a Manager of Partner & Stakeholder Relationships to join our California market transformation team. This role coordinates engagement and communications across channels for CalMTA, focusing on advancing energy efficiency initiatives.

The position emphasizes stakeholder management, outreach material development, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support market transformation efforts in California.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in marketing, communications and/or stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in business/marketing/communications/journalism.
• Energy efficiency industry knowledge and market transformation familiarity preferred.
• Experience with software platforms such as Salesforce, PowerPoint, Constant Contact, and Asana.
• Strong writing skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• High intercultural sensitivity and inclusiveness in collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies and activities for stakeholder engagement and ensures on‑track implementation.
• Identifies, cultivates, maintains, and tracks stakeholder relationships; supports leadership as needed.
• Promotes CalMTA awareness among energy efficiency groups and key audiences.
• Facilitates information sharing between CalMTA and partners on MTI development and deployment.
• Collaborates to develop updates and materials for partners and stakeholders.
• Manages regular collaboration meetings with non‑CalMTA efficiency programs and implementers; confirms agendas and supports staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Located or willing to relocate to California within 30 days of acceptance.
