Job summary

DRT Strategies, Inc. seeks a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support a two-phase, sequential Mission and Organizational Support engagement.

The role will plan interviews, workshops, leadership sessions, and cross-organizational engagements, synthesize input into clear themes, and help build trust during sensitive organizational assessment and mission execution efforts. It will transition with the core team from Section I to Section II.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in management analysis, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government clients or similarly complex, regulated organizations.
• Proven ability to plan or support interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for briefing materials.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support structured interviews, focus groups, surveys, and engagement sessions.
• Develop stakeholder maps and engagement plans identifying audiences and needs.
• Conduct or support interviews with federal leaders, capturing perspectives with discretion.
• Prepare session summaries, action-item trackers, and follow-up materials.
• Synthesize qualitative input into themes and recommended actions.
• Support R&R clarification, governance, and cross-organizational coordination.
